As a Valet Trash Service Technician, you will be responsible for the timely and professional collection of waste and recyclables from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to the designated disposal areas. This position offers a flexible schedule, independent work environment, and opportunities for growth within our organization.

Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps according to the assigned schedule.

Properly dispose of waste in designated community dumpsters or compactors.

Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and recycling standards.

Report any service issues or community concerns to management.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and property staff.

Work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a physically active role.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods.

Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred but not required).

Access to a smartphone with data (for route tracking and communication).

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work evening shifts consistently.

Available to work from 8:00pm until finished (approximately 2-3 hours on average)
